Susan Ingersoll manages the financial and business side of Kosmos. She comes to the position with over 20 years experience in managing a successful family business in the Berkshires as well as other locally owned companies. Concurrent with her work at Kosmos, she helps other small businesses and nonprofits in the Southern Berkshires reach their financial and business goals such as Schumacher Center for a new Economics, Community Land Trust in the Southern Berkshires and BerkShares. She served on the founding board of BerkShares, on the board of the Sheffield Land Trust among others and is an advocate for volunteerism.
