Training and Teaching

Sander has been involved in the design, development and delivery of hundreds of classes and training programs covering neuro-linguistics, project management, software development, coaching, leadership, communications, project lifecycle, supervisory skills, website design, Microsoft and Adobe software.

Consulting

Sander has an extensive background in both corporate and non-profit management working for Fortune 100 companies in finance, technology, human resource and customer service management. He has managed over 125 successfully completed projects for companies in insurance, financial services, retail, health management, public utilities, motion picture, television and music production, telecommunications, education, broadband services, and banking. Projects have included software development, executive strategic planning, team building, leadership training, business startup, productivity improvement and customer service. Clients have included TrueBlue, Virgin Records, Pacific Power, Kraft Foods, ODS Health Plans, MCI, Sony Pictures, and The Kabbalah Center. 

Practices

Sander has been a student of the Ageless Wisdom philosophy all his life and a practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism for many years. He was privileged to experience the Kalachakra Initiation with His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 2006.
