Jenny Whiting

Dr Jenny Whiting is based at the University of Sydney working for Microscopy Australia (formerly AMMRF), the national network for microscopy infrastructure, involving eight universities through the Federal Government’s NCRIS program. The focus of her role is to build engagement and communicate the impacts and benefits of Microscopy Australia to researchers, stakeholders, industry and the public. She is responsible for developing digital, online and print media as well as initiatives for diverse promotional, sponsorship and outreach activities. Examples are the Stories & Structures – New Connections and Incredible Inner Space touring exhibitions, the Technique Finder online tool and Microscopy Australia annual Profile series.
