Georgie Anne Geyer

Georgie Anne Geyer is an internationally known foreign correspondent and
syndicated columnist with Universal Press Syndicate. Her thrice-weekly
columns on international affairs have been appearing in more than 120
newspapers for 16 years. She has appeared on numerous television talk
shows and has interviewed most of the world leaders, including, Bush
& Bush, Reagan, Carter, Nixon, Anwar Sadat, Saddam Hussein, King
Hussein, Prince Sihanouk, Sultan Qaboos, Lee Kwan Yew, Nursultan Nazar
Bayev, Yasser Arafat, Juan Peron and the Ayatollah Khomeini.

She is the author of Americans No More: The Death of Citizenship, published in
1996. Her Castro biography was made into a critically acclaimed
“Showtime” cable 3-hour film. Her awards include induction into the
Society of Professional Journalists “Hall of Fame” in 2001 and the
Overseas Press Club Award.
