Gabriele Castagnoli

Gabriele gained a profound experience from graphic design to marketing strategy in advertising agencies and different industries in Germany. Practising Naikan a Japanese introspective method let her join the German Naikan Association (Board Member 2002-2005) and inspired her to bring her life’s journey into accordance with her work, quitting her career in the marketing of an IT company in 2004.

Recommending Lance Secretans book ‘Inspire’ for the German publishing during her collaboration with the media group J. Kamphausen imbued her concept of ‘soulmarketing’. After joining the World Spirit Forum in Switzerland in 2005, she got married to the Co-Founder Sesto Giovanni Castagnoli in 2006. Together with a team of like-minded people they organized the international event till 2009.

2010 she founded ‘oralab—develope one another’ to pursue her passion for individual and collective development between the poles of cosmos, man and culture. “With oralab I offer people an open space for their development. Not to strengthen the ego or one’s economic value, but to benefit one’s self-realization and a greater whole.”

Gabriele works with groups of individuals and organizations, moderates and speaks on conferences and designs and moderates workshops and cultural events.
