Diederick Janse is a co‐founder of Realize! where he works in exploring and realizing new forms of collaborating and organizing. In other words: change management and the development of leadership of teams and of organizations. Other things which are of value to Diederick, in no particular order: authentic relationships, Shaolin kungfu, a sense of humour, Elke, silence, good conversations, music and inspiration!
